Bella Vista is a private, gated estate just minutes from Steamboat Ski Resort which can accommodate groups of 10 to 26 people.

Included in our basic winter lodging rate is a private shuttle and driver to provide door to door transportation for you and your equipment from our resort directly to the slopes.

When staying at our private resort, your ski vacation begins when you return from the slopes to relax with your friends and family and have a warm drink next to a wood burning fireplace or relax your tired body in our natural rock hot tub. For your comfort and convenience, your ski and snowboard rental equipment will be delivered and fitted by Straight To You right at the Bella Vista.  Ski Vacations are more peaceful and relaxing in the privacy of our luxury vacation rental property.

Ski Vacations Basic Services:

The basic Lodging Rate includes the following:

• All rentals are group exclusive. No other guests will be lodged during your stay.
• Exclusive use of our private 14 passenger shuttle and driver for slope sidepick-up and drop-off, and trips to Steamboat Springs for dining and shopping.
• Concierge Service to pre-book lift tickets, ski school, equipment rental, excursions, babysitting, make dinner reservations, etc.

• Free high speed wireless Internet access throughout the property.
