Bella Vista is a private gated estate in the heart of the Colorado Rocky Mountains located just minutes from Steamboat Springs. Bella Vista can easily accommodate groups of up to 26 of your family and friends and has enough space to spread your wings and the opportunity to have some privacy and alone time when you need it. Imagine having a whole hotel to yourselves. That’s what it’s like when you stay at the Bella Vista for your family reunion in Steamboat. During your reunion, you will be the only group on the estate, giving you a true Private Resort experience.
Our backyard consists of 1000’s of acres of National Forest with some of the freshest air and most beautiful scenery in the world. Go for a hike or a bike ride or just relax and enjoy all the amenities and activities at Bella Vista – 7 manicured acres with an outdoor heated swimming pool, lighted tennis court, basketball, horseshoes, outdoor fire pit, game room with a pool table, pinball and video games, huge indoor natural rock hot tub, and large comfortably furnished patio, all with unbelievable views of the Continental Divide and Flat Top Mountains.
During ski season your group will be chauffeured to the ski area or to downtown Steamboat Springs in our private shuttle. Spend evenings enjoying each other’s company by one of three wood burning fireplaces, or soaking in the hot tub. The whole family can gather together in the Great Room and play board games or watch a movie on the big screen TV.
The Bella Vista also comes with 3 fully equipped kitchens and a large outdoor gas grill for entertaining. Feast on your own home cooking or have our Chef prepare and serve mouthwatering meals. He’ll even do the dishes.
Bella Vista’s onsite caretakers provide concierge services, light housekeeping and are there to take care of any needs you have during your stay.
