The Bella Vista Estate vacation rental home is able to host weddings and parties for up to 200 guests by special arrangement.
Weddings are booked at the regular nightly rate and minimum night stays for the season plus a special event fee based on the number of guests.
(3 night minimum in the winter & 4 or 5 night minimum in the summer, $500-$3000 impact fee depending on guest count, and tent rental required with guest count exceeding 50.)
