We have rooms for every taste. Big or small, with enough space for friends and family, you will always have a place in Steamboat to call home.  Check the chart below for easy reference to each of Bella Vista’s 9 bedroom suites.

LODGE– Upper Level- Accessed by small staircase (6 bathrooms, 5 bedrooms, <16 people)

Strawberry Park	Full bath in suite	Queen	N/A	Ideal for Mom or a couple, this room has a shower and large closet.

LODGE– Lower Level- Accessed indoors by spiral staircase and outdoors by patio

Sleeper Sofa	Private access to full bath	Sofa	Bed	This living room is the largest of the three sleeper sofa options and great for kids.  Includes door to outdoor patio and large closet. Memory foam topper for extra comfort; private access to the Howelsen Hill bathroom.

 LOWER COTTAGE– Easy access, no stairs (2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, <6 people)

Sleeper Sofa	Access to both	Sofa	Bed	This sofa is right in the middle of the action and perfect for kids you need to keep an   eye on. Memory foam topper for extra comfort; access to bathroom and TV.

UPPER COTTAGE – Entrance on 2^nd floor (2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, <6 people)

Rabbit Ears	Full bath in suite	Queen	N/A	Colorful and cozy, this room is a bit larger than the Fish Creek Falls room next door and   is ideal for couples; includes shower, spacious closet and gorgeous views of   Lake Catamount.
Sleeper Sofa	Access to full bath	Sofa	Bed	Perfect for couples or singles, this living room is a bit larger than the Lower Cabin and   has extra floor space for a crib. Memory foam topper, fireplace and TV.

Complimentary Services:  The property managers visit daily to remove trash, re-stock supplies and balance the spa.  Additional services, such as sheet changes, child care or general cleaning, are available for an additional fee.  Your comfort and privacy are our top priorities, so we work with you! Basic cleaning supplies are provided under each kitchen and bathroom sink; vacuum cleaners, mops, and brooms are located in closets, and there are two sets of washers and dryers on the property for guest use.
