Welcome home to the best vacation rental in Steamboat Springs! Whether you are booking a specialized event or a casual get together, the Bella Vista provides ample space to spread out for both individual privacy and group activities.  This Rocky Mountain estate is designed to accommodate your every need; from a handicap accessible cabin to a heated pool, our property is built to serve. We offer two different kinds of contracts depending on your needs.  Use of the Main House and Guest Cabins allows up to 25, or you can add the Lodge for up to 35 guests.  Go ahead, invite last minute friends, clients or co-workers at your convenience without extra “per person” charges like other resorts.

The layout of the property includes Bella Vista’s Main House, Lodge, and Guest Cabins for a total of 12 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms. We encourage you to look at all of the rooms to decide who sleeps where during your vacation. Bella Vista feels more like home than a hotel with these convenient options and amenities.  Roll away beds and extra baby supplies are available for no extra charge.  Large group vacations are made easy at this Colorado rental estate!

Complimentary Services:  The property managers visit daily to remove trash, re-stock supplies and balance the spa.  Additional services, such as sheet changes, child care or general cleaning, are available for an additional fee.  Your comfort and privacy are our top priorities, so we work with you!

Basic cleaning supplies are provided under each kitchen sink, including sponges, trash bags, dish soap, stove top cleaner, stainless steel wipes, disinfectant wipes, surface cleaner, and more.  Vacuum cleaners, hand held dust busters, ironing boards, mops, plungers and brooms are located in closets, and there are two sets of washers and dryers on the property for guest use.  All bathrooms are stocked with hand and bath towels, face cloths, make up remover wipes, Q-tips, cotton balls, liquid and bar soap, shampoo and conditioner, hair dryers, air freshener, and whatever else you might need.

The only thing the Bella Vista overlooks is the valley, but let us know if you think we’ve missed anything!
