Our family has been celebrating New years in Steamboat for 15 years running.  During that time we have stayed at many properties in and around Steamboat.  We are a large group and it is hard to find adequate accommodations without splitting up the group.  Bella Vista is a unique property since it can house a lot of people comfortably and it has an amazing vibe to it.  Everyone agreed that this was overall the best property we had been to.  The views were incredible, great privacy, and plenty of room to relax.  The caretakers were kind, caring and went above and beyond to guarantee we had a great experience.  We intend to return to Bella Vista in the coming years!~ The Ambroses

We brought all of our 4 kids and their families here for the second time– we love Bella Vista! We hiked to Rabbit Ears, went to the circus, mountain biked, shopped downtown, and went boating at Steamboat Lake and spent hours here swimming, playing tennis, hot tubing, exploring the property and playing together. Communal cooking and dining are simplified when you have three kitchens at your disposal, in addition to our large eating areas, patio seating, and BBQ. For hanging out around here, we have a full entertainment system, numerous board games, DVDs, high chairs, playpens, and outdoor games including bocce, badminton, volleyball, croquet and horseshoes.

 One word comes to mind when I think of The Bella Vista, Stunning!Staying there makes everything unimportant fade away. The silence wrapped around the sunrise and sunsets will forever stay in my memory. It’s so incredibly beautiful and so well maintained and supported – I can’t imagine a better mountain hideaway!
