Unlike most properties in Steamboat Springs that rely on managers located in offices distant from their properties, Bella Vista has two property managers who live on the property (in a separate residence) who are nonintrusive , but on call to provide your group with services day or night.  They will assist you in pre-planning your Winter Ski Vacation and provide your group with services and information that will make your visit a seamless and effortless experience.  Our private Colorado Vacation Rental By Owner is the Perfect Location for Ski Vacations, Family Vacations, Weddings, Fly Fishing, Golf Outings, Hiking, Mountain Biking, and more!

The Bella Vista is situated on 7 acres with breathtaking, mountain and lake views, unmatched anywhere in Steamboat Springs.  Our on premises, group dedicated, shuttle service, will enable your group to enjoy the mountain and town activities and then return to the privacy of the Estate to party, or just lay back with your friends away from noise and crowds at the mountainside.
